The Skill Stack Nobody Is Talking About (Yet)
Hola, welcome back… we are here with another one — and shout out to all my readers and supporters.
If you need any help with anything, DM me, comment, or message me (I mean with entrepreneurship, tech, and things involving AI). I’m saying that because of the massive backlash I’ve received — and yes, me, a 37-year-old Black male and father in upstate NY who just loves tech and loves to create.
Through trials and tribulations, I’ve turned to talking and speaking more about it, doing my best to get the proper exposure for my talents.
A lot of people don’t understand that many folks in these fields — like X/Twitter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, AI, tech, fintech, etc. — are experienced and mostly have been coding since they were kids.
Well, sorry to say, but the urban Black culture and school systems didn’t really teach us much about tech, coding, or computer science. And yes, we can go and look it up now — but how does someone even get interested in it in the first place, based on their parents and environment?
I know my grandmother didn’t know anything about a computer. We had a TV with an antenna, lol.
So to my true readers of my blogs — and yes, sometimes I write clickbait AI blogs on trending topics to stay up to date and relevant (and move fast), because we are literally competing with robots now.
WHAT I’M DOING AND WHO IT’S FOR
This is for the people who aren’t “in the know.”
The people who don’t have that person to inspire them because they come from the same arena.
- The ones figuring it out in real time.
- The ones building without a blueprint.
- The ones who didn’t grow up coding but decided to start anyway.
Basically, regular everyday people and the curious that don't need all the tech lingo and just are like me, more straight to the point, and hands-on. We are building back on our YouTube channel @copypastecoders, and sorry to the devs and coders, we are adapting to the times, and yes, certain corporate code or software will need enhanced security, but how long do you think that AI will not be able to do this, or will they make it still a requirement?

AI TAKING JOBS, ESPECIALLY CODE DEVELOPMENT
Over the last two years, companies have started using autonomous code agents that can do in an hour what used to take human engineers weeks, which lets them ship software with smaller teams and fewer junior hires.
Tech leaders openly admit that typical “junior dev tasks” are now vulnerable, because AI can generate boilerplate code, write tests, and refactor faster and cheaper than a new grad, and that makes it “practically impossible” to break in at the bottom rung in some shops.
Analysts expect this to scale: forecasts suggest AI and automation could permanently erase about 6% of U.S. jobs by 2030 — over 10 million roles — with a big share of the impact landing on white‑collar, computer‑based work.
A Stanford‑linked study cited in MIT Technology Review reported that employment for software developers aged roughly 22–25 dropped about 20% between 2022 and 2025, coinciding with the rapid rise of AI‑assisted coding tools.

I think there is a need for this to be more easily explained and talked about, don't you?
So let's get into what we are designing here for you. With this new platform OepnClaw we are getting a real-world example of the future of this for developers, creators, pensource, and the future of AI and Agentic AI. Point being, I do see that for my kids or kids' kids, at some stage, everyone will have a personal AI agent or assistant.
AT this moment, what I'm focusing on is how to use these tools for myself and my business. OpenClaw is a 24/7 autonomous AI assistant that can do a lot if given full access to your computer, laptop, or a secure environment. It can and will ask for a human in the loop response for some task, but basically it does a lot in the background when you ask it something lol so t say.
What Peter Steinberger did was show the capabilities of AI agents, vibe coding, solo, and/or a small team of developers, and what you can do and achieve with this technology. He even said “that it’s about just having fun with the technology to see what you can build.”
Composio and Authentication for AI Agents
One main issue I can tell and see is API keys, security, and authentication outside of browser sessions. So, meaning how do the AI agents access your platforms like social media, Slack, Gmail, and others without you having to be logged in online or giving them full access to api tokens, and or password logins?
Then a lot of people don't have the tech skills to integrate or modify. What is the solution = COMPOSIO. Composio lets developers connect AI agents (like ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to real external tools and apps — such as Gmail, Slack, GitHub, Notion, Google Docs, and many others — without building all the integrations themselves.
Composio acts as a secure middleware between OpenClaw and external services (Gmail, GitHub, Slack, etc.).
🔐 Credentials
- OAuth tokens are never stored on your local machine.
- Tokens live in Composio’s vault.
- OpenClaw only gets a reference ID to make requests.
- Composio executes the API call on behalf of the agent, so the AI never sees raw credentials.
🛠 Tool Permissions
You define exactly which actions the agent can perform (e.g., read and draft emails, but no delete or send).
If the agent “hallucinates” and tries a disallowed action, Composio blocks it.
📊 Audit + Control
Every action is logged in Composio’s dashboard. You can revoke access instantly with a kill switch, and this gives you full observability, so the agent is no longer a black box.
Example: Secure Gmail Skill
Use Composio for Gmail OAuth → no local tokens.
Allow only:GMAIL_FETCH_EMAILS,GMAIL_CREATE_EMAIL_DRAFT.
Deny:GMAIL_SEND_EMAIL,GMAIL_DELETE_MESSAGE.
Log every action → if OpenClaw tries to delete an email, Composio blocks it.
This shows the Principle of Least Privilege in action.
